DISPATCH PROTOCOL

Mode A → Mode B (or external session): 1. Brief is the handoff artifact. Fully self-contained. 2. Pointer prompt: one line — “read this brief, work it, log to Card” 3. Mode A does NOT relay content — only pointers 4. No Typora opens for dispatch briefs (unless MjF explicitly requests) 5. Every brief has stage gates baked in

Mode B → Mode A (return): 1. Mode B logs to project Card + updates ledger 2. Mode A reads Card, checks ledger, runs criteria against output 3. If qualified: lock, proceed. If not: identify gaps, re-dispatch or quick-fix

Brief must be self-contained for the receiving session. The receiving session reads it and has everything it needs. No relay content. No supplementary Typora docs.
