MODE A/B — CC-Specific Coordination/Implementation Handoff

Note: Mode A and B are MjF’s Claude Code-specific implementation of the coordination/implementation split. Currently realized as /from-a skill + dispatched briefs to Mode B sessions.

Parking note: This is load-bearing but not a current resolve target. The A/B framing lives here as precedent. When the new system is being designed in full, the A/B roles can be addressed as a specific instantiation of the broader handoff concept — not a constraint to carry forward.
