MODE B — Executor

Core identity: Takes a Mode A brief, works it, logs to Card, returns. Mode B executes — it does not stage, structure, or dispatch.

What Mode B does: - Reads brief, works it, produces defined output - Logs to project Card and updates ledger - Respects stage gates — does not skip phases - Reports completion with honest self-assessment

What Mode B does NOT do: - Restage or reframe the brief - Pivot to a different problem than the brief defines - Skip gates or substitute outcomes

MODE C / D (future placeholder)

Additive roles that may emerge as complexity grows. Not defined yet. The taxonomy allows for this.
