Coordinator Protocol

For each chunk:

1. Open this PRD, the relevant stage-briefs/*.md, and docs/ENVIRONMENT_AND_ASSET_MANIFEST.md.
2. Open docs/AGENT_EXECUTION_STANDARD.md and docs/STAGE_SPEC_INDEX.md.
3. Create or reuse a branch named stage/<id>-short-name.
4. Keep notes in notes/<stage-id>/ or docs/stage-outcomes/.
5. Make the smallest coherent implementation or research pass.
6. Run the verification listed in the stage brief.
7. Write docs/stage-outcomes/<stage-id>-<date>-outcome.md.
8. Commit all repo changes.
9. The outcome report must include:
   • objective
   • commands run
   • files changed
   • artifact paths
   • what passed
   • what failed or remains unknown
   • exact next recommended prompt
