Sequencing Adjustments

The source brief had two Stage 5 labels. This PRD normalizes them into linear chunks:

• Stage 4: static native scene rebuild.
• Stage 5: interactive local cockpit mockup.
• Stage 6: bridge reconnaissance only.

The backend design/build stages stay after bridge reconnaissance. The live bridge is not attempted until frontend mockup and backend membrane are both independently proven.
