Model-Specific Guidance

These specs are intentionally explicit for agents running on MiniMax, Mistral, or similarly smaller models. Do not ask those agents to infer architecture from prose alone. Give them:

• one stage only
• one branch name
• one required artifact
• exact commands to start from
• exact pass/fail gates
• exact report location

If a coordinator wants parallel work, split by files and artifacts so two agents never edit the same source tree at once.
