Conservative Agent Pattern

For implementation stages, work in this order:

1. Re-read the stage brief and latest outcome report.
2. Run a small environment probe.
3. Make the minimum code or doc change needed.
4. Run the listed verification command.
5. Save logs or captures to the documented path.
6. Update the stage artifact.
7. Write the outcome report.
8. Commit and push.

For design stages, do not write production code. Produce the design artifact with concrete commands, file paths, message schemas, timeouts, failure cases, and acceptance tests for the later build agent.
