SPARK

Definition: A quick thought, observation, or signal that needs to be logged but isn’t ready to develop.

Characteristics: - Minimal structure — title + date + raw thought + rough tags - May be a single line or a few bullets - Can be filed from any context: conversation, observation, notebook dump, session residue - Has no maturity gate — exists purely as ambient capture

Lifecycle: SPARK → (maygraduate) → SEED (or remain SPARK indefinitely)

Example:

# SPARK: Tailscale SSH blocks non-interactive agents
**Filed:** 2026-05-13
**Source:** Forgejo pi-starter-pack issue #8
**Tags:** #infra #access #tailnet
**Raw:** Agents bash tools (SSH, SCP, rsync) fail when Tailscale SSH intercepts.
Interactive web auth demanded. Connection hangs.
**Associations:** [SEED-XXX if/when promoted]
