Replace the 2026-03-05 seed bank convention with a new taxonomy that: - Separates raw logging (SPARK) from concept development (SEED) - Makes operational briefs a distinct, routeable class (SPROUT) - Allows dynamic clustering that isn’t reserved for “finished” work (POD) - Ensures no artifact is ever superceded — only linked, tagged, and optionally retired
