• Flag 40 (where it lives): Currently CryptPad and partially Forgejo (TODAY board). But this is the #1 problem: whatever tool, it MUST reliably trickle up to a master Kanban / state-of-play view accessible to MjF, even with multiple ecosystems. Suspicion: can retool, reforge, redefine, and administer so it’s one or few tools doing the same thing. Fewer moving parts, more unification.

• Where does this live? → CryptPad + partial Forgejo today. Needs consolidation into unified master Kanban with trickle-up.
• Is “day-by-day” Kanban same as “overarching” Kanban, or two layers?

(Answered 2026-05-22: Don’t know yet. At minimum: scoped versions per org/collaboration + master Kanban for MjF’s global operational view. Weird caveats expected — items may have different requirements or be premature for scoped Kanbans. Learn by doing/designing/considering before installing.)
