SEED-071: CryptPad UI First-Pass Running Brief

Purpose

This is the running capture brief for early UI customization requests for the RELiK/FROM House CryptPad instance. It should accumulate first-pass changes until MJF says the brief is ready to become an implementation PRD/spec.

Do not treat this as permission to implement. Treat it as design and scope capture until MJF explicitly says this running brief is ready.

Current Intent

Make the CryptPad instance look and feel meaningfully different from vanilla CryptPad while preserving the tools it wraps.

The target is a custom RELiK/FROM House document workspace, not a CryptPad fork.
