RELiK home-site lander repo for the relik.africa overhaul.

This repo starts as the new canonical staging surface for the home-site work needed before the Restless Egg application goes out. It is intentionally light: capture the deployment context first, then decide the actual stack and build plan.

Current Intent

• Build the next relik.africa home lander.
• Preserve RELiK as the ambient architectural layer: provenance, creator network, lab depth, and public context.
• Keep FROM: / RICHAT legible without implying that RELiK equity is being sold.
• Replace or supersede the old orb-showcase surface only when deployment is explicit and verified.
