Issue #3: HEVC 10-bit Playback on RG40XXV

Status

Handled as a confirmed platform/media constraint, not a remaining RipTide client bug.

Finding

RG40XXV running KNULLI does not expose HEVC hardware decode to mpv:

• No rkmpp hwdec entries.
• ffmpeg -hwaccels reported no hardware acceleration methods.
• /dev/mpp_service and /dev/rga were not present.
• HEVC therefore falls back to Cortex-A55 software decode.

Low-bitrate HEVC 10-bit files can work. Higher-bitrate 10-bit HEVC files will stagger, stop, or fail because the handheld cannot keep up in software decode.
