Channel Client Interop

Riptide consumes an ErsatzTV M3U playlist and displays it as the CHANNELS dial item on the RG40XXV.

• Config file: data/aquatv-config.json (legacy name retained for cartridge compatibility)
• M3U base: http://100.120.38.37:8409
• M3U path: /iptv/channels.m3u
• Current BrineTV stream mode: /iptv/channel/3.ts?mode=ts-legacy

Riptide may fetch the M3U and stream URLs, but it must not administer Jellyfin, ErsatzTV, Docker, or media libraries.
