Summary

Moved the local Past Valence asset bundle from the RELiK Reef inbox to the Pi4 media library. This bundle is a mixed archive: project decks, agreement material, XVTVI visual references, early XP proposal/video material, and past-project design studies.

The files are relevant to RELiK identity and design-system work, but they are not all equivalent in clearance. Agreement/deck material is marked private-review; visual references and past-project artifacts are marked according to their likely design-system role.
