Asset Status Model
Use these buckets while building the Figma library:
- Locked current canon: must be represented in the design system.
- Near-locked / vital: conceptually stable, but source assets or final usage rules still need refinement.
- Current canonical context: non-asset facts that shape design and identity.
- Potent reference: strong influence, but not automatically a current asset.
- Epoch archive: canonically important because it happened or was used, but not current top-line runtime unless promoted.
- Prototype / provisional: deployed or explored, but not yet ratified.
- Private / review-gated: may be important, but not ready for broad visibility.
