Core Principle

RELiK should be felt before it is spoken.

The lab may eventually produce self-contained explanatory artifacts, but the deeper posture is that RELiK cannot be fully explained through copy alone. Its practice is to translate complex ideas, concepts, systems, work, and expression into the concision of felt experience.

For the founder, immersive experience design is a way to compress complexity into experience without requiring exhaustive verbal qualification.

XP As Planted Flag

XP does not need to be instantly understandable to outsiders.

The goal is for XP to become undeniable through RELiK’s work. People may not currently know what experience design or immersive experience means, but they can come to understand XP through RELiK’s self-exemplary posture, offerings, and experiential identity.

The intended trajectory is that XP becomes associated with RELiK in the way certain brands become the default shorthand for their category. RELiK is not merely explaining XP; RELiK is making XP legible through direct experience.
