RELiK is developing as a technical culture-works organization and lab structure focused on the relationship between AI, agents, systems thinking, and experiential production.

The lab exists partly in response to a historical production problem in immersive and experiential work: the most ambitious work in the field often required client-funded agency budgets, but those same client structures frequently constrained, diluted, delayed, or killed the work through client management, misaligned novelty goals, unclear measurement, and resource diversion.

AI changes the production conditions. A single operator or small crew can now build at a level of horsepower that previously required external budgets, while avoiding many of the compromises attached to client-funded production.
