Purpose

This checklist tracks what needs to be gathered, extracted, reconstructed, written, and promoted into the RELiK Lab System Library. It is intentionally practical: source packs and raw archives can live in RELiK Reef/Pi4, while Figma should receive approved assets, tokens, references, and usage rules.
