Use these statuses:
- Current runtime canon
- Foundational canon
- Archivable epoch canon
- Provisional working material
- Deprecated ancestry
- Sensitive / review-gated material
Archive does not mean false. Archive means not current top-line runtime unless promoted.
Workflow
- Add or update a manifest.
- Pull raw extracts only for approved leads.
- Annotate epoch, context, source locator, handling status, and open questions.
- Promote only by explicit decision note.
- Feed Figma only with approved synthesis or explicitly shared gallery references.
