Use this prompt in a new Codex session:

Please continue the RG40XXV HERMS fix from the handoff doc in the Forgejo-backed shadow-clan repo:

Read that file first. Then SSH to the Pi at mehdifarah@192.168.1.46 and inspect the full live HERMS source at /opt/rise-of-pi/herm-tui plus the launcher repo at /home/mehdifarah/.pearl/shadow-clan. The priority is not decorative graphics in general: the priority is making the portrait/eikon animations visible on the RG, fixing the overlapping HERM splash, making RG keyboard controls obvious, and stopping the idle disconnect. Also plan or implement the git lineage cleanup so the full herm-tui RG branch is mirrored into Forgejo instead of having partial source copies drift in shadow-clan.

Please investigate first, then implement/test/commit/push the fixes. Do not print secrets from remotes or local config.
