Keep credentials, private IDs, application portal exports, and other
sensitive personal data out of Git.
Put rough notes in notes/ first, then promote durable
material into docs/.
Record sources in the relevant
RESEARCH/<STREAM>/sources/ log before relying on them
in proposal text.
If MJF invokes Discussionary Digest, create or update
the relevant digest under RESEARCH/discussionary-digests/
and update its index.
Respect phase discipline: do not jump from research, digesting, or
signal cataloguing into deck/final application composition unless MJF
explicitly signals that phase.
Use the decision log for scope, budget, partner, and submission
choices.
Do not add new research directly to docs/funding/; only
promote synthesized material there after the source is logged under
RESEARCH/.
If source text was scraped from a site, record how it was accessed,
including whether hidden text came from static HTML,
__NEXT_DATA__, browser interaction, or a login-only
surface.
