Phase 1: define orb-to-page subjects.

No implementation work should start until Phase 1 has a user-approved subject map, unless the task is coordination, repo hygiene, or verification.

Current focus: work through the first three core home orbs one by one, then decide when to launch Hermes/process lanes after the requisites are locked.
