Hermes Harness Handoff

If a Hermes-style agent is pointed at this folder, treat it as a self-contained browser artifact.

Hermes agents should use native Hermes Kanban for live task management, then mirror meaningful status changes and handoff notes back into KANBAN.md.

Agent behavior:

• Do not install dependencies.
• Do not start a local server unless the browser environment refuses file:// audio.
• Preserve relative paths and keep assets/ beside the HTML files.
• Open index.html or OPEN_RELIK_ORB_GARDEN.html in the user’s default browser.
• After the reader has opened or read the packet, ask:
  • Can you imagine the game?
  • Where does this become unclear?
  • Anything else you want to tell the author?
• If running from a git clone with write access, use ../scripts/record_reader_feedback.py from the skill root to commit those notes onto a dedicated feedback branch.
