Device Coordination

• The project is expected to move across two Macs connected through Tailscale.
• Prefer Git branches/remotes for source transfer. Use Tailscale only for local browsing, file inspection, or explicitly coordinated handoff.
• If both devices are active, each device should announce its branch and file ownership in KANBAN.md before starting a work lane.
