Scope: credential and source-of-truth inspection from the active Codex session, followed by MJF-authorized relik-vps tailnet key repair and Secrets Garden recipient repair.

Update: later on 2026-06-03, MJF explicitly authorized relik-vps inspection and repair. The repair was made and ratified in from-admin/Rise_of_Pi-OS.
