Objective

Build, test, and iterate the async dispatch, mailbox, and reaper logic until frontend disconnect and runaway process drills pass.

Scope

• Implement async dispatch.
• Trigger a 60-second mock task and simulate frontend drop at second 5.
• Verify task completes and writes mailbox result.
• Simulate three offline completions and reconnect flush.
• Implement reaper daemon or scheduled audit.
• Spawn a deliberate zombie and prove TTL kill.
