D3-10 Backend Membrane Implementation

Objective

Build and validate the backend listener/parser/Hermes handoff/killswitch loop on the Pi using headless probes before touching the Dreamcast frontend.

Scope

• Implement non-blocking listener.
• Implement raw-text to JSON parser.
• Implement isolated Hermes trigger path or safe deterministic stand-in if full inference is blocked.
• Implement process registry and kill command.
• Write a headless probe that simulates frontend packets/logs.
• Spawn and kill a deliberate rogue process.
