Scope
- Extract title-screen relevant textures, font sheets, logo geometry
candidates, snow sprites, and ambient audio candidates.
- Convert preview copies into common formats where feasible: PNG,
OBJ/glTF, WAV/OGG.
- Keep raw dumps in
/mnt/kitchen/collab/d3-tui/asset-staging/raw unless
deliberately committed through LFS.
- Generate a Markdown or HTML gallery showing extracted previews and
provenance.
Out Of Scope
- Full game data extraction.
- Final asset optimization for Dreamcast memory.
- Native rendering implementation.
