Scope

• Clone/pull the repo on the Pi.
• Run the Pi probe script.
• Re-run the workspace layout script.
• Verify Forgejo HTTP clone/push path.
• Check whether Forgejo SSH clone on port 2222 is now usable.
• Check whether git-lfs is installed; install or document blocker.

Out Of Scope

• RG framebuffer probing.
• KOS toolchain provisioning.
• Any D2 asset extraction.
