D3-TUI

D3-TUI is the orchestration and build repository for the D2-Visor project: a Dreamcast-native, D2-inspired command interface running on the RG40XXV/KNULLI path and bridging to Hermes agents on relik-pi4.

The final deliverable is not a terminal skin. It is a bootable Dreamcast frontend with a stable 3D/2D scene, controller-first text interaction, and a resilient network bridge to a decoupled Pi backend.
