Final Acceptance Test

The project is done when a coordinator can run a documented test that:

1. Boots the D3-TUI Dreamcast executable through the RG/KNULLI Dreamcast path.
2. Shows the D2-inspired kinetic logo, snow/background, input field, and angled/fading dialogue queue.
3. Injects or types a command from the handheld.
4. Sends it over the selected telemetry bridge to relik-pi4.
5. Dispatches Hermes work without blocking the frontend.
6. Displays the Hermes response on the frontend.
7. Survives frontend disconnect while backend work continues.
8. Runs 50 consecutive request/response cycles with measured latency and no message corruption.
9. Commits a proof video and logs to this repo.
