• Forgejo SSH on port 2222 is still not the canonical path. Use HTTP clone/push with the private env/git config.
• RG/KNULLI was visible at 100.119.202.114, but SSH timed out during banner exchange. D3-01 owns repair or alternate access.
• KOS is confirmed on the Mac, not yet provisioned on the Pi.
• No RG framebuffer, emulator log, or input-injection protocol has been proven yet.

Required Next Actions

1. D3-00 should rerun ops/pi/probe-environment.sh, verify Forgejo HTTP/LFS behavior, and update this audit if any state changes.
2. D3-01 should focus only on RG access, capture, telemetry, and input injection.
3. D3-04 should determine whether Pi-native KOS is practical; Mac KOS remains the fallback.
