Write reports to:

docs/stage-outcomes/<stage-id>-<YYYY-MM-DD>-outcome.md

Use templates/OUTCOME_REPORT.md.

Notes

Use:

notes/<stage-id>/

Do not leave private logs, auth dumps, or huge binary captures in notes. Store large captures under /mnt/kitchen/collab/d3-tui/captures and commit only a manifest or curated proof asset.

Private Config Reminder

Hermes MiniMax is configured on the Pi in /mnt/kitchen/private/hermes. Use docs/HERMES_MINIMAX_CONFIG.md for redacted verification. Do not commit or paste API keys.
