KNULLI Surveillance Protocol

Overview

This document establishes the surveillance, telemetry, and input injection protocols for the RG40XXV/KNULLI Dreamcast environment (device: knulli-1, Tailscale IP: 100.119.202.114). It synthesizes findings from T006-T009 to provide a complete operational reference for D3-01 and all downstream stages.

Status: PROVEN - Telemetry and input injection routes verified via SMB and SSH bridge. Direct SSH to RG remains blocked, but all required surveillance capabilities are available through alternate methods.
