GitHub Mirroring Plan: Project D3

Objective

Enable Google Jules to analyze and contribute to the D3-TUI codebase without exposing licensed Sega/D2 assets or private modding manifests to GitHub.

Mapping

• The Body (GitHub): Logic, TUI code, orchestration scripts, and redacted PRDs.
• The Soul (Forgejo): Full asset manifest, extracted media, binary builds, and raw SDK intel.
