Artifact Rules

Small text artifacts go in docs/. Stage reports go in docs/stage-outcomes/.

Large captures and asset work should live under the Pi HDD unless intentionally curated for Git LFS:

/mnt/kitchen/collab/d3-tui/captures
/mnt/kitchen/collab/d3-tui/asset-staging/raw
/mnt/kitchen/collab/d3-tui/asset-staging/converted
/mnt/kitchen/collab/d3-tui/builds
/mnt/kitchen/collab/d3-tui/logs

If a large binary is committed, it must be covered by .gitattributes and the report must explain why committing it is useful.
