Agent Execution Standard

This repository is meant to be handed to many focused agents. Assume the next agent has limited project memory and can succeed only if each task is narrow, explicit, and verifiable.

Required Reading

Every stage agent must read these before acting:

• PRD.md
• docs/ENVIRONMENT_AND_ASSET_MANIFEST.md
• this file
• the exact stage-briefs/D3-*.md file for the assigned stage
• the latest relevant file in docs/stage-outcomes/

Do not proceed from memory if a committed document disagrees with local observation. Update the document or record the discrepancy in the outcome report.
