NOW EXPRESSIONS — Immediate Operational Items

These are the short-term “what needs to happen now” that derive from the north stars and the current state of the Pi.

NE-1: baseline protocol for all conventions

Establish the minimum viable convention protocol — what every repeated action, cycle, and persistent process should follow. Entry point for everything else.

NE-2: clean slate without sacrifice

Clean up and start fresh where needed without losing anything. The existing forgejo/wiki/HDD assets stay intact — the convention debt is what gets cleared.

NE-3: wiki/repo stress testing + usage protocols

Forgejo repos and the LLM wiki need to be tested under real use. Abundantly clear protocols for: how to file an issue, how to commit, how to navigate the wiki, how to find what.
