Migration: - Existing SEEDs can remain as-is or be reclassified - Classification decisions made case-by-case as new work clusters - No forced migration — existing ledger stays as historical record

Modes A and B are harness-agnostic role abstractions. They are not Claude Code-specific skills — they describe a division of labor that any model or harness can inhabit.
