The package list is Shachi project-scoped in
/from/hq/shachi/.pi/settings.json, so installs persist
under the HQ instead of each agent container’s ephemeral global npm
root.
pi-codemapper exposes CodeMapper tools
(map, search, outline,
expand, path) but requires a working
cm binary. If cm is not available, the
extension should remain installed while agents record the missing binary
as a toolchain task.
pi-rtk-optimizer starts in suggest mode,
not automatic rewrite mode. It guards when rtk is
unavailable and preserves exact reads by default.
Observational memory is active for compact shared learning
traces.
pi-fork is available, but agents must keep no more than
two live forks each.
