- Renders on RG at 640×480 via Wargame Engine + pygame

placeholders; current prototype display role is neutral
Open Hermes Agent
- Per-unit interactive turns — player moves one unit at a time, unit
completes work, player reviews
- No auto-run mode
- Only one unit per hex
- Each unit carries: config (model/harness), trail context, access
