Overview
D3-TUI is a native Text User Interface library for the Sega Dreamcast, built with KOS (KallistiOS), SPECTRE (PVR2 hardware abstraction), and SHACHI (FROM House asset pipeline patterns). The project provides VT100-compatible terminal functionality with hardware-accelerated rendering, VMU integration, and Dreamcast controller input.
