Scripts

Active scripts:

• build-dreamcast.sh: builds KOS ELF/Flycast validation artifact.
• verify-flycast.sh: local Flycast screenshot helper when local Flycast is usable.
• quick-verify.sh, verify-build.sh, verify_release.sh: historical checks; update before trusting for release gates.

Invalid CDI/MIL-CD/image repair scripts were moved to legacy/invalid-image-tools/ and are not active entry points.
