D3-TUI Pi Teams Prototype

This is a non-secret scaffold for the first D3-TUI Pi workcell prototype.

It stages one Docker image containing:

• Bun
• Pi coding agent harness
• pi-teams
• tmux
• three Pi agent role prompts
• an LLM-wiki depot surface
• run protocols for issue-scoped task clocks

It does not contain model keys, Forgejo credentials, or toolchain secrets.
