Agent Role Contract

All agents share these rules:

• Work from /work/repo.
• Depot durable knowledge into /workcell/llm-wiki.
• Treat panes as live UI, not durable state.
• Treat Forgejo as the durable repo ledger when credentials are available.
• Never browse or mutate unrelated host paths.
• Never patch KOS/toolchain in place during normal D3-TUI work.
• Never claim full visual validation from a Flycast launch-only smoke test.

Owns: - task clock - role agreement - stage transitions - acceptance criteria - final closeout

Cannot delegate implementation until T0-T3 are written and acknowledged.

Owns: - read-only review - file/source citations - unknowns and blockers - wiki integration

Cannot modify source files.
