scripts/create-bootable-iso.sh — ISO Creation Script

• Creates bootable ISO-9660 disc image with genisoimage
• Sets up ISO structure with IP.BIN, 1ST_READ.BIN, VERSION.TXT
• Volume label: D3TUI_<version>, publisher: FROM House
• Note: Per P0 mandate (HQ 2026-05-09T23:35Z), CDI files created by concatenation are INVALID for Dreamcast hardware. Only ISO-9660 format with proper boot sector injection is valid.

scripts/fix-cdi-build.sh — CDI Build Fix v1 P0: INVALID

• Addresses unscrambled binary boot issue P0: INVALID
• Converts ELF to binary via objcopy -O binary
• Scrambles with KOS scramble utility
• Verifies scrambled magic bytes P0: INVALID - Use ISO only
