Makefile (root) — Top-Level Build Orchestration

• Build targets: all, cdi, iso, run, run-iso, test, test-run, tests, check, clean, distclean, fonts, docs, deps
• Defines D3TUI_CORE (14 source files) and test frameworks
• Includes SHACHI sources conditionally (detected via workspace/shachi/src)
• Includes KOS via Makefile.rules and Makefile.prefab
• CDI creation via inline Python (readelf parsing, IP.BIN generation, scramble) P0: DEPRECATED - Use ISO
• Controls KOS_BASE, KOS_CC_PREFIX, SPECTRE_PATH through env vars
