chain: Terminal Core (002) → Render (003) → Font (004); independently
Input (006) and VMU (005) depend on Terminal Core; Memory (007) is
independent; SPECTRE (008) integrates all core briefs; SHACHI (009)
builds on Font and Memory
Build (010), Debug (011), Test (012), and Delivery (013) form the
infrastructure layer depending on all core briefs
