Scope

• Files: stage-briefs/SB-*.md (13 briefs)
• Purpose: Contains detailed design specifications for all aspects of D3-TUI implementation

• Master index of all 13 stage briefs with metadata (ID, title, phase, priority, status, dependencies)
• Provides reading order recommendations for different purposes (project understanding, implementation, architecture review)
• Categorizes briefs into Core System (P0), Infrastructure (P1), and Development Tools (P2)
• Includes version history and next steps for the briefs themselves
